|1 Chicken (About 1.3kg)|
|2 Fresh Large Red Chilli|

1. Rinse the chicken briefly in cold water and pat dry with kitchen towel and then weigh it.
2. Chop the large red chilli and crush the garlic. Rub the inside of the chicken with the chilli and garlic mixture. Mix the oil with seasoning and spread it over the chicken.
3. Put the chicken (chest facing up) in a glass roaster. Put covered roaster into the oven.
Select AutoPilot Programme "P13", set the weight of your chicken, and the programme will start automatically.
Simple and effective: In order to get crispy chicken skin, rub the inside and the outside of the chicken with oil, salt and pepper.
