Types of steam ovens.Bosch steam ovens come in two options: Full Steam for pure steam cooking that locks in flavour, nutrients, and moisture, and Added Steam, which combines hot air with steam for crisp, golden finishes and tender interiors. Full Steam models also include the Added Steam function.
Capacity and size.A standard-sized single oven measures 60 x 60 cm (w x h). A compact oven is just as wide yet shorter at 60 x 45 cm (w x h).
Installation.With an internal water tank that requires no water connection, our steam ovens flexibly integrate into your kitchen. Simply measure the cabinet, order the right size and install. The plug fits a standard power point.
